Annual Costs Conference

Annual Costs Conference 2015
Friday 8 and Saturday 9 May

Hilton London Wembley, Lakeside Way, Wembley, HA9 0BU, United Kingdom

Details

This year’s conference is being held amidst a quite extraordinary period of potential change and disruption in the legal services world – and in the costs world in particular.

Our eminent series of speakers will be covering the Civil Courts Structure Review, fixed recoverable costs and the latest on the budgeting front. Added to this, we have a roundup of current costs law and the latest on the application of Part 36. Dominic Regan and our end of day panel will be gazing into their crystal balls and giving us their insights into what are likely to be the key issues over the next few years.

On the Saturday, we have sessions on the J-codes and new format bill, a view from the US and the ever-popular judges panel.

CPD: six hours for Friday 13 May, four hours for Saturday 14 May (ACL, CILEx and Law Society)
